By accessing or using aquavyon.com (the "Site"), or submitting a demo request, pilot application, or footage for analysis, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

AquaVyon provides AI-based tools for aquaculture, including fish biomass estimation, counting, and monitoring, delivered via uploaded video analysis, scheduled on-site surveys, or continuous camera/sensor installations. Specific deliverables, accuracy, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed directly with you and are not guaranteed by the content of this Site alone.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any footage, images, or data you provide to us.

When you submit footage for a free video analysis or as part of a pilot application, you grant AquaVyon a limited license to process that footage solely to generate and deliver the requested analysis. We do not claim ownership of your footage.

You confirm you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit any footage you provide.

Any ROI calculator, savings estimate, or accuracy figure shown on the Site is indicative only and will vary by species, system, and baseline conditions on your farm. These figures do not constitute a guarantee of results.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of AquaVyon/PanaceaLogics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as our form processor) that are not controlled by AquaVyon. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
