Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AquaVyon ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit aquavyon.com or use our services, including submitting forms, requesting a demo, applying for a pilot, or uploading footage for analysis.

AquaVyon is operated by PanaceaLogics, registered in Australia with operations across Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.

2. Information we collect

Contact details you provide through our forms — name, email, phone number, company/farm name, and any message content.

Farm details you choose to share — species, farming system (RAS, sea pen, pond, etc.), approximate stock size, and timeline.

Footage you upload or link to for a free video analysis or pilot application — used solely to process that specific request.

Basic website usage data (pages visited, browser type) collected automatically to keep the site running reliably.

3. How we use your information

To respond to demo requests, pilot applications, and video analysis submissions.

To process uploaded footage and return the requested analysis (counts, biomass estimates, or CV statistics).

To communicate with you about your enquiry, including follow-up about your farm or pilot fit.

To improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Footage and farm data

Video or image footage you submit is used only to process your specific request (e.g. generating a count or biomass estimate) and is not shared with third parties beyond the processing necessary to deliver your results.

You retain ownership of any footage and data you submit. You may request deletion of your submitted footage and associated results at any time by contacting us.

5. How we share information

We use third-party service providers to operate our website and process form submissions (for example, our form-processing provider, Web3Forms). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We retain enquiry and footage data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain a record of the engagement, or until you ask us to delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for business use by adults working in aquaculture. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
